[Dxbase] BUG in the Non-DXB Import (Import.exe) Program - NEW FORMAT from LOTW downloads

Anyone been to the DXBase.COM web site lately? Just finding DXbase to see if there was an update to the LoTW import program (there was not) was an adventure with the new template website.
