[Dxbase] Anyone know how to add 'OQRS' to the 'QSL Via" dropdown?

I can't get my head around this, especially in relation to the ADIF
standard (for e
ViaDescription
B bureau
D direct
E electronic
M (import-only <http://www.adif.org/305/ADIF_305.htm#Deprecation>) manager

when you export to adi file, what option would you use?
