[Dxbase] DXBase Internet Cluster Window Troubles

I'm having two problems with DXBase 2007 v1.10, OS Win 7 Pro 64bit, Radio: IC-7600 with microHam USB III interface.
These maybe related, but I don't know.
1. When I try to change settings in the Internet Cluster window by going to View/Styles/Standard, DXBase 2007 hangs up. I goto the Task Manager and it indicates that DXBase 2007 is "not responding".
2 When I try to QSY from the Internet Cluster window on a "Green" check mark for a station I need, the radio doesn't change frequency. But if I try to QSY from the DX Info window the radio's frequency changes with no problem.
Anyone have a suggestion on how to remedy these two issues?
