[Dxbase] Cannot connect to internet cluster

This is new: I can't connect to any internet clusters. I keep getting a 
popup that says "Could not connect to the site!" and then "Packet Comm 
Mgr Initialization failed." I haven't changed anything that I'm aware of 
-- my internet connection remains fine. Is something corrupted 
somewhere? If so, what is it and how do I fix it?
