[Dxbase] Info on the right side glider changed

Gary,
Yep - me too!!! Knut asked me about it - and at first,
I did not know how to answer Knut's question .. Then I
opened up DXbase2007 and TESTED what he was saying.
That is when I saw that once you click-on the CALLSIGN Header,
it makes the right-hand scroll to show CALLSIGNS... I never had
seen this myself either - because I always keep my logbook in
DATE ORDER.
On the Win 10 install of DXbase2007 - just follow the
steps outlined in Neal's PDF File that is part of the DXbase2007 ver 1.10
install zip file.. JUST remember that the HELP files are not supported
in Windows 10 - yet!! Once Neal comes out with his NEW VERSION
in mid-May 2016 - we should be able to use the Help Files.
