[Dxbase] Thanks to WA6AXE

Joe has helped me more than once, including him making a phone call to me to straighten out one of my problems.
But, I have reached a point where if Neil doesn't come out with a clean and new program instead of all the cobbled up changes I might consider migrating to DX 4 Windows which many of my friends are using.
