[Dxbase] New install on Win 10 update

Many thanks to Neal for his documentation on how to install DXBase 2007 on a Win 10 machine. I just skipped all the sections about doing the weird stuff to get the Help to work since I know that doesn’t apply to Win 10. Also thanks to Neal again for quickly getting me a new reg file to do the install when I was unable to locate my previous reg file and edit it to work under Win 10.
DXBase is now installed and functional despite some pilot error on defining the radio control port correctly which interfered with the WinKeyer in my MicroHAM microKEYER II. Once I corrected the port assignment problem everything straightened out, except for my rotor control. Still trying to figure that one out. Using the same Lat. and Long. numbers, including the + signs, that were used on my old machine, but when using the shortcut key (Ctrl + `) to turn the rotor to the short path it starts turning toward the long path. If I use another shortcut key (Ctrl+D) and enter the degrees directly the rotor turns correctly. Using the Green Heron RT21 controller on a Alpha-Spid that worked correctly before so apparently I’ve messed something up.
Another question, perhaps for Joe? On my previous machine I had a lot of stuff in the pending labels file and had also modified some standard QSL card labels to my liking. I have the files available on my old machine and would like to port them over to the new installation, but don’t know what files I should be looking for. Any help here appreciated.
