[Dxbase] DXBase 2007 install on new Win 10 computer

The day of dread has finally arrived! My old creaky Dell 32 bit laptop running Vista developed some problems last week, enough to convince me it was finally time to get off the dime and upgrade the hardware and OS. I now have a new desktop machine with Win 10 and today my old laptop came back from the repair shop with a new monitor screen and hard drive to keep it breathing just a bit longer. Now I am preparing to go through the agony of installing all my ham programs onto the new machine.
I just went to Neal’s web site and downloaded the DXB2007.zip file and the Documentation pdf file. In the DXB2007.zip file is a pdf file of instructions for the “Installation Procedure for DXBase 2007”. Is this the latest and greatest installation procedure that includes Win 10 installs? If not what is different and where may I find those instructions? Since my old computer is still running I have all the files from that installation. Where can I find the reg file on that machine. I have an old email from Joe describing how to modify it so it will work on a Win 10 machine, but at the moment can’t seem to locate the file. Anyone have a clue where I should look? Any other hazards to be aware of before diving into the deep end?
