[Dxbase] E6 entry in database

My Countries data base shows the longitude of E6 as +168.9, so I don't have
the longitude error that Fred is reporting. However, a check of the IOTA
web site for Niue shows they list the longitude coordinates as being from
169.67W - 170W. The plus sign inDXBase indicates West longitude. So there
us a slight discrepancy between what DXBase has and what IOTA uses. Not a
very significant error in any case; only about 1.2 degrees difference in the
beam heading using Fred's numbers. No idea why his Countries data base has
a '-' instead of a '+' leading the numbers.

Hi All
If you are chasing E6GG be aware the country database entry is WRONG
It has a typo in the longitude for E6 as "_169.8"
It should be +169.8
Then the beam headings and SR/SS times work correctly
