[Dxbase] Another Future Feature Request

Hello Neal,
When the next version of DXBase is released, please include an expanded 
capability for signal reports. The old standard RS(T) system does not 
cover the types of reports now commonly used in some of the new digital 
transmission modes. One important case is the WSJT-X JT65 reporting 
schema that runs from -01 to -24. On some of the meteor scatter modes 
(FSK441, JT6M, etc.) a 26 or 27 report is common (and it sorta fits into 
the standard RS reporting schema), and in some contests the grid square 
is the "report." It would be nice to be able to print out these various 
report variations on DXBase QSL labels. I'm sure there are other 
formats in use as well.
