[Dxbase] Export to ADIF lost QSOs

The problem most likely is NOT in DXBase but in ClubLog.
They have a table of exceptions which may not recognize
some of the calls or they me be on a list of unacceptable
calls.
I had a similar problem, but since it did not impact my
DXCC Stats, i ignored it. Try finding two or three missing
calls in an 18K+ Database !!
