Still not working.  I have restarted DXbase and each of the windows separately.  Even restarted VE7CC-1.  Everything about the Internet Cluster window works like it should but the QSY and Alert columns remain empty. 
I still cannot find anything that addresses the working of the Internet Cluster Window in the HELP files.  Using the repair utility did not solve this problem. 
  
Any ideas would be appreciated.
