[Dxbase] Windows 10

Greg,
If doing an upgrade (which I haven't tested), it should migrate the
registration key properly. I have found, however, that if you are running
64 bit Windows 10, you do mot need the modification of the reg file
documented for previous OSs.
Let me know how you find this. I have only tested it on my "clean" Win10
test machine, nothing resembling real life.
