[Dxbase] DXBase2007 ver.1.10 shutdown problem

 Nick's computer took the WORST HIT that I have ever run into ...
His UX4UA.mdb file was corrupted (STATS area).
His SVIEWHF files had been corrupted.
and
His Dxb2007.ini file in the WINDOWS directory had been corrupted.
The cure of ALL of his problems took a while to find - and, yes, the cure
for the pop-up error about the improper argument was to rebuild/remake
a new dxb2007.ini file ...
I have never seen this massive of a hit to the DXbase2007 program. Nick is
going all ok now..

There is a DXBASE.INI file in C:\windows even if you install DXbase in C:\
It does not remove if you remove and reinstall DXbase. If you delete 
that you will get rid of the "unable to shut down" issue
It has come up a few times on here before. I think that file somehow 
gets corrupted
