[Dxbase] DXCC Award credits listing

If you go to LOTW/Awards/select DXCC award and then select Mixed and 
check "all credits", it will display everything you have credit for 
(not just LOTW)...You can then right click on that display and select 
the "print" option to print the entire list -- or you can select 
Challenge and also print the list showing all band countries...but it 
will not show any of your deleted countries. (The Challenge may print
