[Dxbase] Import ARRL DXCC credit .adi

Hi Neal,
Thanks for the very prompt reply.  Unfortunately, I think we have a problem with semantics. There is a difference between having "credit" for a QSO, i.e a "match" in LoTW and having a QSO "awarded" to one's DXCC totals.
I made the mistake of mixing terms.  Yes, I am able to import the LoTW "credited" (lotwreport.adi) data without issue and have DXBase show "LoT" in the "CFM" column.  What I would like to do is import the file whose entries look like this:

Hi Wes
Use the Non-DXbase file import utility for this. When you select the file type, specify that its for LoTW ADIF.
