[Dxbase] Recovery after HD crash

If you can pull the dxb2007.ini file from the X:\Windows directory on the
old machine and place it in the same directory of the new machine, it will
help. Also copy over any *.co from the old DXB2007 program directory to the
new DXB2007 program directory.
