Steve,
There is no telling as the disks are made when the order is received so I
am sure it was the latest version available when you purchased it.
Prior to 1.07 there is a problem with lookups to qrz and PathFinder (the
URLs changed). Since then, bug fixes but nothing at a level of "update or
die".
