[Dxbase] First QSO w/ Entity Report

 I enjoy using Joe's "First QSO with Entity per Band" report under "Log Maintenance and Misc Reports". However for some reason it will not accept a QSO with ZS on 160. I've been all over it, attempted to enter another bogus ZS QSO and it wouldn't take that either. If I add some other country, say, P5, it takes that. "Summary" shows that sole ZS QSO OK and no other so it's not as if there's a previous QSO on 160.

Where should I look for the problem?
