[Dxbase] DXbase install on win 8 machine

I am guessing that you are talking about DXbase2007 Version 1.10 ..
You can get rid of those pop-ups by going to
Control Panel
User Accounts and Family Safety
User Accounts
Change User Account Control Settings
Move the SLIDER down to Never notify (bottom of movement)
Click OK
NOW -- very important -- RESTART the computer.
