Lars,
As Joe has stated the secret is to use the Selection Wizard to create a
subset of your entire log that contains only the records you want to print.
I don't know if you have ever used the Selection Wizard before or not, but
it is fairly easy to use. Go to Tools/Selection Wizard and set the Output
Type to
"Reports". Check the Test only box for your first trial run. Now click on
QSO Filters and use whatever filters will give you the correct log subset
output.
There is no choice for the last 100 QSOs in the log so you will probably
need to use the "QSO Date >" field. Click on that filter selection box and
enter the base QSO date information. All the log records greater than the
date you enter will be selected. That may be slightly more or less than the
last 100 in your log, it just depends on how many records greater than the
start date. Make sure all the other selection filter choices are unchecked
and click on OK to close the filter window and then click on Start to run
the Test. When the Test has completed running look at the count of how many
records would be selected if it were an actual run. If the number seems
unreasonable, go back and check your filter selection and adjust as
necessary. When ready clear the check box for Test only and Start the run
again. You may get a message from DXB that there are already records in the
output table and do you wish to empty them before continuing. Answer Yes
and the run will go to completion.
Now that you have created a subset of your log you can print it by going to
Output/User Designed Lists. A little box will pop up for you to indicate
the Sort Order and the Data Source. Make sure you select Wizard Data and
not the Main QSO Log. When you click on OK a window with a list of all the
various existing list reports will be displayed for you to choose from. To
begin with I would suggest trying the "Log in ARRL Paper Format.lst" file.
This will give you most of the information you desire except for the Notes
field. Try it just to see how it works. In the Print Options window that
opens next set the Direct to... box to Preview. This will let you see the
report on screen without printing it first. If the report is acceptable you
can now print it out. If not, close the report window and try another lst
report format to see if you can find an acceptable output style. If not,
you will have to modify an existing lst file to meet your needs or design an
entirely new lst report by using Tools/Design List Project. You should
consult the Help manual for more information on using the Design tool.
Good luck.

Gary AL9A

First - use the Selection Wizard to collect the QSOs you want
to print..
You can make the REPORT (*.lst) yourself by going into the
List Designer Module .. Main Menu / Tools/ "Design List Project"
Once you MAKE your report file -- you CAN use the Wizard QSOs.
