[Dxbase] ADIF2CABR by SP7DQR

I've used Marek's adif2cabr converter many times, but not with a DXB adi 
file. I usually run on adif files from my contest logger, WriteLog, if a 
particular contest module doesn't have a Cabrillo output feature. I just 
ran it across an adif from DXB and it will produce a Cabrillo file just 
fine. The key is what information needs to be in the Cabrillo file and is 
that info in the DXB adif? You may need to check the field names in the DXB 
adif so you can tell the converter what information to use in creating the 
Cabrillo. If you need specifics you can write me directly off the 
reflector.
