[Dxbase] Import

GM Bill,
The Import program drops out "Warnings" -- the VE Provinces because within DXbase
(as currently configured) the STATE column is only for USA STATES .. And, the Alaska
Borough is not a County for the County Hunters award - so, it is dropped out -
Maybe, in the far future - DXbase can be programmed so that it can have a column
called Provinces (and then the import program modified to recognize all of the
various countries and their PROVINCES) -- and then have the import program modified
also to recognize the Alaska Borough name - and have it mapped to the proper
Judicial District for the sake of the County Hunters Award ...
The only thing that you County stats might be OFF on would be the Alaska QSOs
and any of the Independent Cities (like in VA, etc etc).
