[Dxbase] HF numeric stats

Neal, I just installed dxbase 2007 v1.1 on my main computer. I have it 
installed on my 64 bit vista machine and it is working fine now. I have 
it installed on my secondary xp machine and it is working fine.
When I installed it on my main computer (after changing the zk2 stuff) 
when I do a show numeric stats report, the pop up window to select 
include deleted does not come up any longer and I get all of the deleted 
countries in the report.
I looked all over the menus for a switch to turn it back on, to no 
avail. I copied the instillation from one XP machine to another and it 
works on my secondary machine, but not the primary one.
What is wrong? How can I fix it?
