[Dxbase] Installing DXBase on Win 7

It just seems unbelievable to me when one is ready to install DXBase 
on a Windows 7 machine that going to the DXBase sellers web site you 
can't find anything on his pages, at least I can't.
Next I try to go to the DXbase reflector and can't find it either. I 
get DXbase posts and I'm assuming this will send out through it.
Anyway, where does one find the complete instructions to install 
DXbase on a new Win 7 machine and where is the download for the 
install program? I probably have my original install program someplace.
