[Dxbase] log problem resolved

To those of you who offered suggestions on how I could fix the problem I
was having with my DXbase database, thanks!
I had time earlier today to create a new database using the corrupted file
I had. Although I may be missing as many as 1k QSOs, none of them appear
to have been important enough to affect my totals. All the QSOs in the
lost database had been uploaded to both LoTW and Club Log anyway and if I
get an LoTW match that isn't in my log I will simply add it. :-)
