[Dxbase] Manually changing the prefix of ZK2 to E6

It wouldn't have negative side effects as the prefix is only used "inside"
DXBase (ie, loTW uses the ARRL country number) but I personally would rather
have my refdata match the official data rather than patched data (just my
personal preference).

Wouldn't it be simpler to modify the Alias Map table and add 03 August 2012
as the date ? That way you keep the ZK2 prefix for the WPX chasers.
Just a thought.
