[Dxbase] [dxbase] CDROM lookups - final findings - Joe wa6axe

There are only about 4 directions for me: Europe, Africa, South America and
the Pacific. I don't have an antenna that could tell the difference between
precise bearings and the general direction so it is not a 'bug' that is high
on my priority list.
