[Dxbase] * New * for the ICOM owners who use the Dualwatch / Split functions

The TEAM of Ron (N5IN), Glenn (W0GJ), and Joe (WA6AXE) have now made available
an ICOM 7600 and ICOM 7800 "Dualwatch OK and Split OK" Radios.ini file entry.
For those DXbase users, who also own an ICOM 7600 or 7800 -- you now have MANY
different/separate Radios.ini file entries -- so that just about any situation you are
in is covered ...
The new ini file entries for the 7600 are entitled:
[ICOM_IC-7600_DW_ok_SPLT_ok] 
This Title Line describes the 7600 Dualwatch (DW) ok and also Split (SPLT) ok ..
QSY'ing on a QSX SPLIT spot when using this new ini file entry will set BOTH
the Dualwatch ON and the Split ON .. and, the QSX FREQ will be in the Notes field.
and
[ICOM_IC-7600_SPLITOK]
This is the ini file entry that will set the SPLIT ON - when QSY'ing on a QSX Split -
and, the QSX FREQ will be in the Notes field.
The new ini file entires for the 7800 are entitled:
