[Dxbase] DXBASE REQUEST

Maybe I can explain it like this
in VE7CC there is an ALARM selection which allows you to set/delete/ as many Prefix or wildcard prefixes that you want for your needs.
It does not limit for the mode or band but rather a way to get an alert if someone posts a station.
Following on that Dxbase would then look at your needs way it does now but additionally allow you set the band or specific mode you want
