Pete,
I think that for me -- the BEST advantage that this program provides to me -- is 
that even if the DXbase user is not that much of an expert on a computer -- as
long as they can download the exe file (TeamViewerQS.exe) (in a zip file) 
and then simply extract the exe file and execute it --- this program simply
lets me do my thing - without the DXbase user having to really do anything on
their side ... 
I just can not say enough GOOD THINGS about the program !!!!!
I just finished with another DXbase user and WOW -- it so GREAT .. and,
it doesn't take hours of playing around and guessing on my part as to what
the DXbase user IS LOOKING AT -- I can take it and run ...
