[Dxbase] Entity vs Band credit

Kim,
You don't need to send the same exact cards back in if you don't have the
originals. Just whatever will give you credit for that band/mode. However,
if you have the originals flagged in DXBase, you would have to unflag them
and flag the new card. Luckily I had 98% of my originals buried in my
various award stacks. No matter which way one goes, it is still a lot of
work. If you have only three or four like that, you are fortunate indeed.
