[Dxbase] Refdata update (Joe wa6axe)

Thanks Joe, I would be interested in knowing based on your discussions with 
the folks you mention, what would be your recommendation? Use your newest 
utility? Stay with something else? I'm not up on all the details so I 
would welcome a recommendation from someone who is up on the details.
