[Dxbase] 4S and VU4 help.

I worked 4P5/w5cw (4S Sri Lanka) and VU4PB (VU4 Andaman) the other night on 40 meters. Both new countries for me. 

Both look good in the log, but neither showed up in the summary window as a worked country/band. And then I noticed, 40 meters is no longer in the summary window! How do I get it back? Summary window goes 10/15/20/60/80/160. 

And then, if I go Output/HF Numeric Statistics/Countries, if I look at Worked, Worked not confirmed, neither show up. And they both show up in not worked. 

But, in Tools/Raw numeric totals, I show a 1 in the 40 mtr column for both 4S and VU4. 

They are in the log. I ran 'initialize tables', no change. In 'Alerts', 40 mtrs is checked. 

Tonight I worked 9N7AN on 20 meters, and it shows up everywhere I expect it. 

How do I fix this?
