[Dxbase] Usage question for packet sysops?

CC Cluster (the type of DXCluster I run at www.dxcluster.us) allows you to
say whether you want Skimmer spots or not. The Skimmer spots are only from
skimmer nodes directly connected to the dxcluster. I have 6 skimmer nodes
connected to my cluster in addtion to my own skimmer server east coast US.
That way you can get the skimmer stuff (or not) without it getting into the
cluster backbone. Therefore, bad spots which are a fact of life with
skimmer, are constrained to the node.l
Frank is trying to bridge two generations (old packetcluster with skimmer
nodes) by verifying skimmer spots against a set of rules and then posting
them to the cluster network. I know he had some fine-tuning issues but I
don't think they are a problem outside of testing anyone's spot duping
logic.
