[Dxbase] DXbase HELP files and the WinHlp32.exe PLUS extra stuff to do - Joe wa6axe

You are very welcome -- After I got on Windows7 (both 32 bit and 64 bit)
-- I recalled the instructions that Neal put out -- and also recalled 
someone on the reflector talking about the Macro's ... a GOOGLE SEARCH
for the "whole process" led me to the final procedure -- which worked out 
very nicely -- and got the FULL HELP FILES back -- just like on
an XP machine ...
If anyone - who is running windows7 -- still doesn't have the 
HELP FILES back (FULLY) -- and, you HAVE done the Winhlp32.exe "part"
of the procedure -- you are HALF-WAY there!!
Just do the MACRO FIX - and you will be 100% there ....
