[Dxbase] ADIF/TQSL/LOTW Issue

Just a guess here, but maybe you have to Initialize Tables after doing an 
import. I don't know for sure, since I have never tried to create an adif 
file after an import.
I would also look closely at the QSO Filters in the Selection Wizard to be 
sure there are no boxes checked that would prevent the qsos from being 
selected.
