There is a LINK at the DXbase Yahoo website which is:
refdata.zip
Current REFDATA Database March 2011
This version of the refdata contains the updates ...
-- and --
MY own program located at:
http://www.navycthistory.com/wa6axe/2007chkmdbs.html
has the Russian prefix changes built-in ..
-- plus --
Neal's Prefix Updater v1.05 also has them in it ...
Nothing new -- the updates are probably already in your Refdata mdb
file!!!
