[Dxbase] DXBase Beyond 2007 Version

All well and good, however, I was fine using DXBase 2005 and upgraded to 2007 _a
year and a half ago_, only because I was promised a "free" upgrade to a new version.
So I've spent my money already and haven't received the product. When I
suggested tongue-in-cheek, that the new version would be DXBase2025, it didn't
go over well with the faithful.
I suspect the same for this missive.
