[Dxbase] Fw: ADD CALL TODXBASE PLEASE!

This definitely does work, I have used many different .mdb files
However
You MUST have a DXbase registered callsign as the "operator"
If you do not do this the logging will appear to work but you will not be able to print QSL labels and those calls will not appear in any ADIF export for 
LOTW for example. Maybe some other features as well
