[Dxbase] LOTW Upload Question

When I would make an ADIF file to upload to LOTW, it would be pick only 
the Qs that I made since the last submission. Instead of uploading my 
entire log, just whatever I did since last ADIF file was made. I had a 
problem and had to upload my entire log to correct some station 
locations, grid square issues.
Anyway, I don't remember what settings I was using that made the 
previous situation occur. The only thing I check on the first page of 
selection wizard is Opr Call and Mixed Mode, Mixed Band. On the QSO 
filter page I check valid DXCC. There was obviously something else that 
was checked that told my selection wizard pick only the new QSOS but I 
can't recall what it is.
Any help??????
