Hi Joe,
I would think that ARRL must have some pretty accurate information, since
they must confirm that qso's on a particular date are valid for the entity a
person is claiming credit for when applying for DXCC credits.
I don't know who to talk to there, or if they would share the info with you,
but might be worth a try.
