[Dxbase] DXBase Yahoo Group

Hi Neal,
 Great idea to put DXBase in the Yahoo group forums.
I belong to over a dozen other amateur radio groups on Yahoo so
it will be an easy addition. I love the flexibility that Yahoo gives on
using the forum, and in receiving messages from the forum.
Of course it won't please everyone, mostly those that are not at all
familiar with Yahoo forums.
