[Dxbase] Distance and bearing errors

Wes,
I made the recent prefix changes myself and did not use any updater program.
My summary window remains correct. So, maybe the entries in the updater
version of the prefixes was wrong, or maybe your user options are not right
for your own lat/lon settings. I seem to recall that an early version of
the updater utility had an error with the way it set the lat/lon information
and that there was an updated version to fix this. Not really sure.
