[Dxbase] LOTW import problems

Thanks for the detailed response on both problems. Some of my LOTW qsos 
have been uploaded using cabrillo format and some were from ADIF format 
files. Likewise with the second problem my LOTW uploads have been in a 
number of cases generated from the N1MM logging program.
