[Dxbase] DXbase2007 Version 1.07 - for those who don't want to wait

This version will be for Windows XP and later. The installer doesn't build
for any of the Wiin9x series (and I think Win2K is finally put to rest).
This version is not the "win7 compatible" version, that will be V10.
So, whats in 1.09?
1. There was an erroneous file in the 1.08 installer that prevented any of
the reports generated by Crystal Reports libraries from running. Its now
removed. You can do this to the 1.08 version right now just by deleting
CRPE32.dll from the DXBase installation directory.
2. There was a bug in the libraries that generated the color-picking and
date picking displays. These are updated to the latest version to fix that
problem.
3. There was a bug in the User Selected Reports function that wasn't finding
any records when you selected it. Fixed now.
4. There was a bug that prevented needed DX Spots from being displayed in
the DX Info window. Fixed now.
5. The installer did not include the proper libraries for some of the label
generating and displaying functions. Fixed now.
6. Muting and unmuting sounds via clicking the speaker icon in the menu bar
did not work. Its fixed now.
7. Libraries required to run the auxillary programs like IMPORT.EXE were not
included in the installer. These programs are now compatible with the latest
libraries which are included.
8. The learning curve for the installation software I used was longer than I
had time for, so I will not repeat the mess I made with it. I am now using
Advanced Installer which is my normal one.
9. I have added logic that looks for previous DXB2002-2006 ini files and
chooses the latest one to import into a fresh install of DXB2007. If none is
found it establishes a baseline ini file which you should update for your
specific location.
