[Dxbase] DXbase2007 Version 1.07 - for those who don't want to wait

No, it really is a couple of days from going to beta.
I want to make sure this one does what its supposed to so thats why I am
trying to be double careful. I also am making this a beta install for a week
or so, in order not inflict any pain on the general community.
My new motto is "Safe rather than sorry!
