[Dxbase] Summary vs. LoTW credits - an another way...

Gents,
Rather than doing a line-by-line paper comparison, I developed an
Excel-based approach to check that my DXB records match up with my ARRL
LoTW DXCC records. Excel functions are used to do cell-by-cell 
comparisons and tag any discrepancies. I've used this method ever since
LoTW came online and my DXCC records were available electronically. I've
used the method to uncover errors (on my part and by ARRL) after numerous
DXCC applications. If anyone is interested, I can work with you offline to
develop the Excel file with your specific DXCC and DXB records. Now that I
have 353 countries confirmed, there's not much on to chase so I have time
to work on these types of projects, hi.
