In DXbase, go to Tools/Selection Wizard.
>From there, go to QSO Filters, and check the box "No LOTW Submitted".
Uncheck everything else, then click OK.
Go back to the Selection Wizard, set the output type to adif file, and any
other options you want there.
Then click on Start. It will ask you for a filename for this adif file (I
always use n3xx.adi). Take note of the location you are saving the file to.
You will need it later.
The selection wizard will go through your log and select all qsos that
haven't been submitted to lotw, and output to the adif filename & location
that you set up.
You are now finished in DXbase.
Now open the TQSL program, and under the file menu, make the selection to
sign an existing adif file.
Select your location. Select the adif filename and location (the one you
created earlier in DXbase) that you want to sign. Select the filename and
location you want to output (I always use n3xx.tq8). Remember where you put
this output file, so you can find it to upload to LOTW. After confirming
the certificate that you want to use for signing the file, enter your
password, and the file to upload to LOTW will be created.
Then just login to LOTW and upload the .tq8 file that you created with the
TQSL program.
