[Dxbase] 2001 to 2007 upgrade

I forgot how nice this program is. Still doing some tweaking but I'm back on
with about 20 pages of paper logs to input and one contest to import.
I'll download a LoW run and update the log to reflect my current count.
The upgrade went without a hitch. Now to relearn the program. I can't wait
for v2010 (or is it now 2011:-))
Special thanks to Neal for answering my late night (for him) emails.
Total time to do the install and import, to get K1EA keyer working, internet
telnet functional and editing all the user /interface parameters was about 3
hours or less... and that was while watching some football :-)
